Refund and Returns Policy

Platinum Compound Rx Pharmacy is committed to providing safe, high-quality prescription and non-prescription medications, compounded preparations, and healthcare products. Due to the nature of our products and the regulatory requirements for pharmacies in Canada, all sales are final.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any prescription medications, compounded preparations, over-the-counter health products, or personal care items.
- This policy is in strict compliance with federal and provincial regulations (including Health Canada and the Manitoba College of Pharmacists guidelines) which prohibit the resale or reuse of medications once they have left the pharmacy.
2. No Refunds
- No refunds will be issued once an order has been processed, dispensed, and/or shipped.
- Exceptions will only be made if:
- The product was dispensed in error by our pharmacy; or
- The product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Contact Email or Phone].
- Our team will investigate and, if applicable, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- You may be asked to provide photographs of the packaging and product for verification purposes.
4. Non-Transferable Policy
- This policy applies to all customers and cannot be waived by any staff member unless required by law.

- The Food and Drugs Act (Canada)
- The Manitoba Pharmaceutical Act
- PEPIDA / PHIA privacy requirements
